Mia resolves conflict and helps people work together better.
Mia is an award-winning mediator and a former City of London lawyer who has lived in 6 countries and is fluent in 3 languages. She holds a Masters in Science from Imperial College, London, and a Masters in Law from the College of Europe, Bruges.
Winner of Corporate International's Independent Mediator of the year award in the UK, Mia works with individuals and families, as well as with directors restructuring organisations, individuals in conflict, international organisations, governments, members of parliament, and religious communities. Her clients have included the G7, the Government of Mongolia, and the Church of England. She has spoken at Chatham House and was recently invited to speak at TEDx.
Mia works using a variety of techniques. Her integrative approach has been finely honed over many years of rigorous study, practice, and profound self-reflection. Her pursuit of both personal and professional excellence led her to negotiate a 4-month sabbatical from her law firm at the age of 26, to embark on a transformative journey to India and immerse herself in the disciplines of yoga and meditation. Ever since, she developed her daily meditation practice and takes annual silent retreats. Mia is trained in Health and Wellbeing as well as Advanced Narrative Coaching. She has completed all levels of Internal Family Systems Therapy training and couples therapy training. She teaches facilitation to various clients and institutions and leads retreats.
